Founded in 2023 by Alex Szafranski and Jon Glienke, Fat Rabbit Films is a film production company located in the North Western suburbs of Chicago. Fat Rabbit is built on the idea of providing high quality Audio and Visual storytelling for the fraction of the price. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, we strive to bring our clients vision to life.
Alex Szafranski
Alex Szafranski is a filmmaker based in the Chicago suburbs with a lifelong passion for storytelling. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Northern Illinois University, where he explored various aspects of film production. Today, he continues to work on both commercial and narrative projects, always pushing to grow his craft.

Jon Glienke
CEO, Executive Producer & Audio Technician
Jon Glienke is a filmmaker from the northwest Chicago suburbs who discovered his passion for storytelling at a young age. He began making short films on YouTube, exploring video and audio production through self-driven projects. In college, he refined his skills through creatively challenging work that deepened his interest in film. Today, Jon works on commercial and narrative projects around Chicago, always looking to evolve his skills through hands-on experience.
